Experiment selection, NOVESPACE is contacting and asking for an
update of the Experimental Form. Medical Examination - OK |
| 23 - Experimental
form to be updated and sent back to NOVESPACE. - OK |
| 29 - NOVESPACE will
send 2 forms to be filled in and sent back to them: A model for
presenting the experiment to journalists and other students and a
Liability form. |
29 - 31 - SPFC 2005
Workshop

April
|
13 - NOVESPACE will
visit the experiment in order to validate the experiment design
and building. The experiment should be complete as much as
possible (every piece of hardware should be shown to NOVESPACE),
although the experimental rack does not need to be built.

|
23 - All technical
design has to be frozen. No change on the experiment should
occur except the ones requested by CEV.

June
|
| 3 - List of
participants and medical documents should have been sent to
NOVESPACE |
| 14 - Safety Review
meeting between ESA, NOVESPACE and CEV. NOVESPACE is presenting
experiments. During the meeting, some changes could be requested
and some comments could arise. Change requests and comments
will be provided to experimenters. |
| 15 - Experiment
description for journalists and students should be sent back to
NOVESPACE. |
23 - Filled liability
forms to be sent to NOVESPACE.
